Tesla Motors Inc. Becomes The Best Selling Electric Car in U.S. in 2015

Tesla was the biggest seller of EVs in the world in 2015 with sales of over 50,000 units. Tesla sold around 25,700 Model S cars compared with 17,300 vehicles sold in 2014 representing an increase of 48% in sales for 2015.
