The statement … Read more on this. The Coca-Cola Company (KO) , with a current value of $179.96B, began trading this morning at $41.45. Looking at the equity, the company’s one day range is $40.75 to $41.62 with a trailing 52-week range being $36.56 to $43.91. KO shares are currently priced at 20.79x this year’s forecasted earnings, which makes them relatively inexpensive compared to the industry’s 36.02x earnings multiple. In a review of the consensus earnings estimate this quarter, 20 sell-side analysts are looking at $0.37 per share, which would be $0.07 worse than the year-ago quarter and a $0.01 sequential decrease. In looking at the bigger picture, the full-year EPS estimate of $1.99 would be a $0.05 worse when compared to the previous year’s annual results.
