One Call Care Management Appoints Dale Wolf as President and CEO

One Call Care Management (“One Call”) today announced that Executive Chairman Dale Wolf will be assuming the additional role of President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Late last year, One Call announced the transition of Joe Delaney, then President and CEO, out of the business and began a search for a new CEO. “We have been recruiting for a CEO that will not only have the passion to build on One Call’s market leading position across all its products and services, but will also have the experience and capabilities to fulfill our customers’ desire for a more tightly integrated, technology-driven care management solution,” said Buddy Gumina, Partner and Co-Head of Healthcare group at Apax Partners, owners of One Call. “While we have had extensive discussions with many excellent candidates, it became clear to the Board that no one was better suited to lead One Call than Dale, who has enthusiastically agreed to take on the challenge. We are thrilled to have him lead the company into its next chapter.”

Dale began his career at Travelers in the Employee Benefits and Pension businesses. He joined Coventry Healthcare in 1996 as CFO and became CEO in 2005. During his tenure at Coventry, the company grew from approximately $1 billion in revenue to $13 billion, while seamlessly integrating onto one technology platform over 20 acquisitions, as a low cost, highly efficient national provider of multiple products. He has also served on the boards of other notable healthcare companies, such as Molina Healthcare (NYSE: MOH) and Catalyst Health Solutions. Mr. Wolf, who joined the One Call Board in 2014, has been leading the management team since September of 2015 as fulltime Executive Chair.
