UPDATE 1-EU, US regulators say deal reached over derivatives

LONDON, Feb 10 (Reuters) - The European Union and the United States have agreed to recognise each other's derivatives clearing rules to avoid punitive capital charges on banks, EU and U.S. regulatory officials said on Wednesday.
