Value Line, Inc. Announces a 6.25% Increase in Its Quarterly Cash Dividend to $0.17 Per Common Share and Reaffirms Share Buyback Program

Value Line, Inc., (NASDAQ:VALU) announced today that its Board of Directors declared on April 14, 2016 a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per common share, payable on May 11, 2016, to stockholders of record on April 26, 2016.

The Board of Directors also reaffirmed the Stock Repurchase Program of up to an aggregate of $3 million of Value Line, Inc.’s common stock adopted on September 19, 2012, with $1.462 million remaining under the program. The Company has 9,761,443 shares of common stock outstanding as of April 14, 2016.
