Aqua America Welcomes New Chief Information Officer

Aqua America, Inc. (NYSE: WTR) announced it has hired Whitney S. Kellett as its new chief information officer. In her new position, Kellett will oversee information technology systems and platforms for the corporation and its subsidiaries.

Kellett, who joined Aqua America on April 18, 2016, has more than 20 years of experience in information technology and strategic integration. She spent the last four years as vice president of information technology at Atlas Energy Group, LLC, an $8 billion energy management company, where she oversaw all technology solutions, services, and platforms for more than 850 employees and contractors.

Kellett has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Virginia.

Her civic activities include recently co-chairing a 5-year, $10 million capital campaign at her church—St. David's Episcopal Church in Wayne, Pennsylvania. She is also a member of the board of trustees of the Woodlynde School in Wayne.
