Global Payments Completes Merger with Heartland Payment Systems

Global Payments Inc. (NYSE: GPN), a leading worldwide provider of payment technology services, announced today that it has completed its merger with Heartland Payment Systems, Inc. (“Heartland”). The combined company, Global Payments Inc., now has more than 8,500 employees worldwide and provides market-leading payments solutions to nearly 2.5 million merchants in 29 countries globally.
