UPDATE 1-AT&T beats profit estimates on DIRECTV acquisition

April 26 (Reuters) - AT&T Inc, the No. 2 U.S. wireless carrier, reported a better-than-expected quarterly profit, largely helped by the acquisition of satellite TV operator DIRECTV.
