UPDATE 2-Helicopter with 13 people on board crashes off Norwegian coast

OSLO, April 29 (Reuters) - A helicopter with 13 people on board was completely destroyed after crashing off the west coast of Norway on Friday and no survivors have yet been found, rescue officials said.
