RAIT Financial Trust Announces Second Quarter Cash Dividend on its Common Shares

RAIT Financial Trust (NYSE: RAS) (“RAIT”) today announced that on June 15, 2016, RAIT’s Board of Trustees declared a second quarter 2016 cash dividend on RAIT’s common shares of $0.09 per common share. The dividend will be paid on July 29, 2016 to holders of record on July 8, 2016. The ex-dividend date is July 6, 2016.
