Analysts downgraded Barclays (NYSE: BCS), Lloyds Banking (NYSE: LYG) and Royal Bank of Scotland (NYSE: RBS) sending Barclays down $1.85 to $7.04, Lloyds Banking down 52 cents to $2.82 and Royal Bank of Scotland 62 cents to $4.81.
