Walgreens Boots Tops Q3 Earnings, Rite Aid Deal on Track

Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. reported adjusted earnings per share of $1.18 in the third quarter of fiscal 2016, up 15.7% from the year-ago adjusted number. Adjusted EPS also beat the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 3.5%.
