Medovex Corp. (NASDAQ: MDVX) through its subsidiaries, MDVX focuses on developing medical devices primarily in the in the United States and Europe. Shares of MDVX have traded higher yesterday by over 10% all morning off heavier than usual volume. We have been watching this company ever since early June after it announced that its DenerveX™ System has successfully been used in its most extensive live tissue test to date. The company announced that it completed an extensive twelve-subject live tissue laboratory using the most stringent standards for Good Laboratory Practice standards (GLP) using the final pre-production model device and generator. The stock made massive gains on the news and has since cooled off. However, shares are starting to make similar gains so we are looking to see if MDVX will make the same heavy gains it made in early June.

SemiLEDs Corporation (Nasdaq: LEDS) SemiLEDs Corporation develops, manufactures, and sells light emitting diode (LED) chips and LED components. Shares of LEDS have been trading higher since market open yesterday, up over 34% early in the trading day yesterday after announcing that investor Dr. Peter Chiou has agreed to purchase 577,000 shares of common stock (roughly 19.6% of the company's outstanding stock) for $5.00 a share. Upon completion of the purchase, Dr. Chiou will be appointed to SemiLEDs Corporation's Board of Directors. After taking a nosedive for most of 2016, Shares of the company have completely turned around in July, making massive gains. As more eyes see the gains made by LEDS, expect more volume to pour into this stock for the rest of the week.

BioDelivery Sciences International (Nasdaq: BDSI) BioDelivery Sciences International, Inc. is a specialty pharmaceutical company, engages in the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products principally in the areas of pain management and addiction. Shares of BDSI are trading higher by over 12% today after announcing on Monday, after market close, that they secured preferred formulary status for BUNAVAIL on a 'significant' managed care plan. BDSI's MACD is indicating a steady upward trend that looks like it's only beginning, while its RSI is slightly over 65, indicating that its nearing overbought levels. We will continue to monitor BDSI as its new trend continues to show where its shares could possibly rise.
Sage Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: SAGE) Sage Therapeutics, Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, develops and commercializes novel medicines to treat central nervous system disorders. Shares of SAGE are trading higher today by over 34% off excellent news about their postpartum depression drug. The company announced yesterday that its treatment for postpartum depression succeeded in a midstage trial, sending its stock soaring to a six-month high in early trading. Even Jim Cramer has this one on his radar, mentioning it on his "Mad Dash" news report.
