Carrols Restaurant Group, Inc. Completes the Acquisition of Four BURGER KING® Restaurants in Michigan

Carrols Restaurant Group, Inc. ("Carrols") (Nasdaq:TAST) announced that on July 14, 2016 it completed the acquisition of four BURGER KING® restaurants in the Detroit, Michigan area.

Carrols is the largest BURGER KING® franchisee in the United States and has operated BURGER KING® restaurants since 1976. The Company has purchased 22 restaurants to date in 2016 and currently operates a total of 727 BURGER KING® restaurants in 16 states, including 54 restaurants in Michigan.
