UPDATE 1-UK Stocks-Factors to watch on Sept. 14

Sept 14 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 index is seen opening up 23 to 25 points on Wednesday, or 0.3-0.4 percent, according to financial bookmakers, with futures up 0.3 percent ahead of the cash market open.
