RAIT Financial Trust Announces Third Quarter Cash Dividend on its Common Shares

RAIT Financial Trust (NYSE: RAS) (“RAIT”) today announced that on September 19, 2016, RAIT’s Board of Trustees declared a third quarter 2016 cash dividend on RAIT’s common shares of $0.09 per common share. The dividend will be paid on October 31, 2016 to holders of record on October 7, 2016. The ex-dividend date is October 5, 2016.
