Today's Trading Plan: FOMC at the Helm

S&P 500 once again saw a strong attempt at a rally yesterday only to fade away as the day wore on, closing yet again at unchanged on the day. That is the second day in a row that SPX has finished flat on the day. A rarity in itself.
