UPDATE 1-UK Stocks-Factors to watch on Sept. 22

Sept 22 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 index is seen opening up 35 to 44 points higher, or up as much as 0.6 percent on Thursday, according to financial bookmakers, with futures up 0.29 percent ahead of the cash market open.
