Here's Why Salesforce Shouldn't Buy Twitter, But Google Should

Shares of Twitter soared over 16% in morning trading after a report of an imminent takeover bid, with both Salesforce and Alphabet Inc. looking like interested suitors. My initial reaction is that Google would be a much better fit than Salesforce.
