In trading on Tuesday, the SPDR S&P Regional Banking ETF (KRE) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1.1% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Bank of the Ozarks (OZRK), up about 3% and shares of SVB Financial Group (SIVB), up about 2.6% on the day.
