Phoenix, United States - October 21, 2016 /PressCable/

Airline pilot, magazine columnist, blogger and author Eric Auxier has launched his brand new book, “Yakuza Dynasty”. The book went live this month, and is expected to become a big hit with fans of the Young Adult Spy/Mystery world. Indeed, the Online Book Club has already praised the new YA thriller, saying, “One of the best books I’ve ever read—absolutely in the same league as the Harry Potter series.”

More information on the book can be found here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LGL6OSI

This is Auxier’s eighth book, and the fourth “Mission” of his Code Name: Dodger series. Each “Mission” is episodic, and can be read in any order. All are available on ebook or print through amazon.

The book was written with the aim of providing wholesome yet educational entertainment to a young audience, as well as adults. There’s also particular excitement about this launch because it is the final Mission of the Code Name: Dodger series, and fans have been clamoring to know just what shocking secrets main character Justin Reed unearths from his past.

Yakuza Dynasty sets its main focus onteen orphan Justin, who, in Mission 1, was trained by the CIA in hopes of thwarting a death threat from the evil enemy spy, Pharaoh. Readers will likely find a particular interest in Justin’s saga as he faces several shocking secrets from his past, for which not even his street smarts nor CIA training could prepare him. The book’s cover art was created by the author himself, and Yakuza Dynasty is being released by EALiterary Press.

Eric Auxier has a background in both aviation and journalism, and is a captain for a major U.S. airline, as well as a columnist for Airways Magazine. This experienced helped shaped the creation of the book since his fascination with both the spy world, as well as a lifelong obsession with Japanese history and culture.

Auxier has hopes that the book will resonate with kids, both young and old alike, and that parents and children will share Justin’s adventures together. Moreover, he hopes to inspire others with the themes of resolving conflict through cultural understanding rather than violence. This positive outlook from the author is certainly testament to his optimism, considering some of the mishaps during its creation. At one point, he lost his very enthusiastic literary agent due to illness, and had to continue publishing the book himself.

In a recent interview, when asked why he wrote the book, Auxier said: “When I was fourteen, I thought, ‘Man, James Bond is so cool. He can do anything! He must have started training as a kid.’ Then I thought, ‘Hmm…’ and Justin Reed’s saga was born.” The author made a point of thanking author Ian Fleming for creating his iconic literary spy James Bond. The author added, “Justin’s story became my very first novel, and he is the character dearest to my heart. Along with the reader, I have rejoiced in following his adventurous saga through all four missions, culminating in this final, climactic story.”
