Value Line, Inc., (NASDAQ: VALU) announced that its Board of Directors declared on October 20, 2016 a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per common share, payable on November 10, 2016, to stockholders of record on October 31, 2016. The Company has 9,715,128 shares of common stock outstanding as of October 24, 2016.
