Church & Dwight Co., Inc. Declares 463rd Regular Quarterly Dividend

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. (NYSE:CHD) today reported that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of seventeen and three-quarters cents ($0.1775) per share.

This quarterly dividend will be payable December 1, 2016 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 16, 2016. It is the Company's 463rd regular consecutive quarterly dividend.
