With the retirement of Ron Rogers, Deborah Stein will be appointed to the Chair of the Audit Committee. Ms. Stein was formerly Senior Vice President Finance and CFO at AltaGas Ltd. She holds a designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and is a CPA, CA.
