UPDATE 1-Infraero, Fraport AG may join forces to run Brazilian airports - paper

SAO PAULO, Dec 29 (Reuters) - Brazilian state-run infrastructure company Empresa Brasileira de Infraestrutura Aeroportuária (Infraero) plans to set up a joint venture with Germany's Fraport AG to look into running some of Brazil's busiest airports, the newspaper Folha de S. Paulo reported on Thursday.
