UPDATE 1-Kinder Morgan pipeline expansion gets B.C. environmental approval

Jan 11 (Reuters) - British Columbia said on Wednesday it had given the green light to an environmental review of Kinder Morgan Inc's plans to expand the Trans Mountain oil pipeline, which runs from Canada's oil sands through the province to a marine terminal on the Pacific Coast.
