UPDATE 1-Mexico's Cemex posts higher-than-expected profit

Feb 9 (Reuters) - Mexican cement producer Cemex SAB de CV reported a better-than-expected quarterly profit, partly helped by higher volumes in Mexico, the UK and Germany.
