holiday, offering consumers the chance to save on ENERGY STAR
purchases up to $2,500. Additionally, Best Buy will absorb
the tax on ALL other purchases made at its stores during this

Virginia consumers.

How: Best Buy Public Relations Department is instituting a
"manager-approval" news media policy for newspaper, TV and
radio reporters for the sales tax holiday. This policy
empowers store managers to approve or decline sales tax
holiday news media stories without having to obtain approval
from the corporate Best Buy Public Relations department.
