Eileen O’Donnell Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, today announced that Eileen O’Donnell has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner in the Global Healthcare Services Practice, with a focus on the hospital and payer sectors. She will be based in Korn Ferry’s New York office.

Ms. O’Donnell joins Korn Ferry from PricewaterhouseCoopers where she was Director of the Health Advisory Practice, working closely with healthcare organizations to navigate a complex and rapidly changing environment.

Prior to PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ms. O’Donnell was Vice President at Nexera Consulting, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Greater New York Hospital Association. Earlier in her career, Ms. O’Donnell held various nursing and administrative leadership positions within large academic medical centers, as well as mid-sized community hospitals.

Her areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, productivity and strategic planning, operations transformation, care management, contract negotiations, process improvement, clinical support, supply chain and GPO relationship management.

Ms. O’Donnell earned a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University, a Master of Arts from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fairfield University.
