Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. (NYSE:OSG) (the “Company” or “OSG”) announced today that it plans to release fourth quarter and full year 2016 results before market open on Tuesday, March 7, 2017.

The Company will host a conference call to discuss its fourth quarter and full year 2016 results at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Tuesday, March 7, 2017.
