In trading on Wednesday, the iShares PHLX Semiconductor ETF (SOXX) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1.8% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), up about 8.4% and shares of Micron Tech (MU), up about 4.3% on the day.
