Eliott Trencher Joins Kilroy Realty as Senior Vice President

Kilroy Realty Corporation (NYSE: KRC) announced today that it has appointed Eliott Trencher as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy. Mr. Trencher has extensive experience in the REIT industry across several disciplines and product types and will be involved in evaluating new acquisition and development opportunities, capital recycling and other strategic initiatives.

Mr. Trencher joins Kilroy Realty from Cohen & Steers Capital Management where he most recently served as an Equity Analyst and Associate Portfolio Manager covering publicly-traded U.S. REITs. During his nine-year tenure at Cohen & Steers, he was an integral member of the U.S. Investment Committee, focused on underwriting commercial real estate companies as well as security selection in the office and life science sectors. Prior to joining Cohen & Steers, he spent three years at Goldman Sachs in the corporate real estate group. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from New York University.
