Minnesota attorney general sues CenturyLink on billing practices

NEW YORK, July 12 (Reuters) - Minnesota Attorney General Lori Swanson filed a lawsuit against cable provider CenturyLink Inc for its billing practices, sending shares down on Wednesday.
