American Health Care Association Recognizes Five Star Senior Living Communities with Three Silver National Quality Awards

The AHCA National Quality Award Program recognizes both long and short term care providers for exemplary performance across the United States. Recipients become eligible for silver after successfully achieving Bronze Status with the AHCA.

The three communities recognized with these awards are Park Summit in Coral Springs, Florida; The Forum at Deer Creek in Deerfield Beach, Florida; and Leisure Park in Lakewood, New Jersey. With the addition of these three winners, Five Star now operates 10 communities across the country honored with the AHCA Silver Award.
