Cinedigm to Hold Annual Meeting of Stockholders on August 31, 2017

Cinedigm Corp. (NASDAQ: CIDM) today announced that its 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting") will be held on August 31, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. PDT at the Community Room at Sherman Oaks Galleria, located on the first level of the Rotunda, 15301 Ventura Boulevard, Sherman Oaks, California 91403. Only stockholders of record at the close of business on July 24, 2017 are entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting or any adjournment thereof.

At the Annual Meeting, stockholders will be asked to vote on various matters, including the previously announced transaction with Bison Entertainment Investment Limited.
