OSLO, Sept 12 (Reuters) - Seadrill Ltd, the indebted oil rig firm controlled by Norwegian billionaire John Fredriksen, has agreed a restructuring that almost wipes out existing shareholders after filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
