In trading on Tuesday, the SPDR S&P Bank ETF (KBE) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1.5% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of TCF Financial (TCF), up about 6.3% and shares of Wintrust Financial (WTFC), up about 2.6% on the day.
