Jan 25 (Reuters) - Wall Street investment bank Goldman Sachs Group Inc, Britain's Barclays Plc and French lender Societe Generale SA are interested in buying the Equities, Markets and Commodities (EMC) division of Germany's Commerzbank AG, Handelsblatt reported on Thursday.
