WASHINGTON, March 22 (Reuters) - The U.S. House Intelligence Committee voted along party lines on Thursday to adopt a Republican report on the panel's investigation of Russia and the 2016 U.S. election, formally ending a probe marred for months by bitter partisan conflict.
