GlobalStar Media, an organization focused on preserving America’s visual history by restoring and promoting historical film libraries, has announced a strategic partnership with Cappy Productions, the production company of renowned Olympic filmmaker, Bud Greenspan.
Through the partnership, GlobalStar Media and Cappy Productions intend to pursue the creation of the “Bud Greenspan Remembers” collection, a unique compilation of Greenspan’s inspirational and timeless documentaries and publications that chronicle more than 50 years of Olympic history.
The first joint-project that Cappy Productions and GlobalStar Media plan to include in the Bud Greenspan Remembers collection is the creation of Beyond Olympic Gold, a unique book featuring quotes and experiences from Bud Greenspan’s Olympic filming career. Beyond Olympic Gold is expected to be released in the spring of 2008.
