Momentum and IBBS to Demonstrate New Integrated Voice and Data Support System at the Cable Show

Momentum, a leading provider of private label digital voice service to operators throughout the U.S., and Integrated Broadband Services, LLC (IBBS), the technology leader providing the BroadBand Explorer (BBX) diagnostics and provisioning software, today announced that their integrated solution created to ease the deployment of digital voice services will be demonstrated at The Cable Show, May 18-20 in New Orleans.

According to a new 2008 survey commissioned by IBBS, 90 percent of small-to-medium sized cable operators feel that adding digital voice to their data and video services is a business imperative.

The previously announced joint service by Momentum and IBBS answers this need and has been custom created to remove the technical complexities around provisioning and EMTA configuration. Momentum and IBBS customers can leverage a single, integrated platform to order and provision voice and data services. This technology integration means that small and mid-sized cable operators will be able to provide their customers with the equivalent of Tier 1-level service with less complexity on the back end.
