Imperva Appoints Udi Itzhayek Vice President of Human Resources

Itzhayek, a leading human resources management consultant to technology vendors, has joined Imperva’s executive team and will oversee its rapidly growing global workforce.

Itzhayek brings more than 15 years experience in human resources and organizational development to Imperva. Prior to joining Imperva, Itzhayek was founder and CEO of See++, a leading HR consulting and outsourcing company which provided strategic organizational development and functional HR outsourcing to high technology companies including Imperva. Previously, he served as recruitment and organizational development manager at Schema where he was responsible for growing headcount threefold. Itzhayek began his career with Bar Ilan University, where he was organizational consulting manager at the Institute for Advancement of Integration, and training manager for the Public Activists Program. Itzhayek has an M.A. degree in Organizational Psychology and a B.A. degree in Psychology, both with summa cum laude, from Bar Ilan University.
