IBSG'S Texas-Based Project with the Southwest Biz Resources, Inc.'s Worldwide Web-Based Economic Development Platform Expands

IBSG International, Inc. subsidiary, IBS Group, (the "Company"), (OTC BB:IBIN) announced today that its Dallas based project, Southwest Biz Resources Inc. (SBR), has expanded the project with the addition of Community TV Networks and River Pointe Media Services as 4 year satellite license holders.

Both of these organizations not only expand the Texas market but have international expansion opportunities as well bringing international business opportunities, through established relationships, to Texas SMEs. These organizations combine to increase the potential Small to Mid-size Enterprises (SMEs) subscriber base by another 60,000 over the next 12 months. IBSGs BizWorldPro forms the e-commerce backbone of SBR Inc.s unique online business network for new and existing businesses in Texas. Management of both firms believe that the state of Texas alone, with its estimated 321,000 small business population, is expected, but cannot guarantee, to generate nearly $6 million in additional revenues. The value of the first year licensing fees are estimated at $50,000 for year one.
