BMXP Holdings Inc. and Freedom Environmental Services, Inc. Sign Merger Agreement, Announce Symbol Change and 1 for 20 Stock Reversal

BMXP Holdings Inc. (Pink Sheets: BXPH) announced that it has executed a definitive agreement to merge with Freedom Environmental Services, Inc. through a reverse merger. The closing of the merger is subject to the satisfaction of several pre-closing conditions and is expected to occur shortly.

Freedom Environmental Services, Inc. is a Florida based Commercial and Residential Septic and Liquid Waste company with plans to develop a bio-fuel facility in conjunction with a waste water treatment plant in the Orlando area of Florida.

On June 11, 2008, BMXP Holdings Inc. will change its name to Freedom Environmental Services, Inc. and its common shares will begin trading on a post 1 for 20 reversal split basis under the new symbol FESI.
