Stewart National Title Services Announces Opening of New Baltimore, MD, Office, Serving the Greater Washington, DC, Area

Stewart National Title Service (NTS) is pleased to announce the opening of its twentieth commercial location, located in Baltimore, Maryland, and serving the greater Washington, D.C., area. The Baltimore NTS office is located at 409 Washington Ave, Towson, MD 21204.

"As part of NTS' strategic expansion plan, we consider the greater Washington market a significant facet of our continued growth in operations, national coverage and market share," said Paul Sands, executive vice president, director, Stewart National Title Services.

John (Jack) Kieley, a real estate and title professional with more than 30 years of industry experience, will manage the new operation. Kieley previously held positions with First American, Chicago Title, Commonwealth Land Title and Lawyers Title. With a Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore, he is currently a member of the Maryland and New Jersey State Bars and a member of the Maryland Land Title Association.

Joining Kieley as Underwriters in the Baltimore office will be Storm Feigles and Greg Merkle.

With more than 12 years of experience in the title industry, Storm Feigles previously served as underwriting counsel for First American. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law and is a member of the Maryland and Pennsylvania Bars, as well as a member of the real estate section of the Bar Association of Baltimore City.

Greg Merkle joins Stewart with more than 30 years of experience in the title industry. Prior to Stewart, he was underwriting counsel with First American. Merkle received his law degree from the University of Baltimore and is a member of the Maryland Bar Association.
