WordLogic Corporation and Windsor Sheffield & Co. Join Forces

WordLogic Corporation (OTCBB: WLGC) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a non-exclusive agreement with Windsor Sheffield & Co., Inc. of Wayne, Pennsylvania.

Windsor Sheffield & Co. will provide guidance to WordLogic in the form of merger and acquisitions, capital infusions, joint venture and the strategic and/or financial transactions. They will also identify prospective investors and negotiate terms and conditions as the Company may direct. Windsor Sheffield’s primary objective under the terms of the agreement is to maximize value by introducing the company to large potential partners or take over candidates.
