Cubellis Selected By Exeter Property Group to Complete Dorsey Commerce Center Expansion

Cubellis, an international architecture, interior design and engineering firm, is pleased to announce that it has been selected by Exeter Property Group to complete the expansion of the Dorsey Commerce Center. With the growing demand for warehouse space, Exeter Property Group is expanding the Dorsey Commerce Center in Jessup, Maryland, and is planning the construction of two new warehouses, designed by Cubellis. The expansion project, slated to begin next month, will add a combined total of more than 160,000 square feet of warehouse space.

Greg Szary, Project Manager, Workplace Solutions at Cubellis in Wayne, PA, notes that the two warehouses - 82,800 square feet and 77,500 square feet - are to be constructed on a site adjacent to an existing warehouse, which will remain intact. Due to the pressing need for more warehousing structures, the project calls for an aggressive schedule. The buildings are expected to be ready for occupancy next March.
