Paula G. Shakelton Joins Ulmer & Berne’s Litigation Department

Ulmer & Berne LLP announced today the addition of Paula G. Shakelton to its Litigation Department.

As an attorney with Ulmer & Berne, Ms. Shakelton’s practice focuses on complex business and product liability litigation. She has experience in representing public and private companies in all aspects of business litigation including commercial disputes, product liability, corporate compliance, insurance coverage, and breach of contract. She is well versed in handling alternative dispute resolutions as well. Prior to joining Ulmer & Berne, Ms. Shakelton was an attorney for Jones Day.

She received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, her M.A. from the University of Chicago, and her B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
