Completely self-contained, the wide-ranging coverages built into the updated product are scalable, making it easy for agents to provide their clients with the tools they need to succeed in the competitive marketplace of the 21st century.

The updated EnergyMax 21 is designed to help agents put together a business-specific package of coverages complete with innovative features that will protect their clients against the risks of today, tomorrow and beyond, including:

• “New Generation” Coverage – providing up to 125 percent of replacement value of equipment not repairable for upgrades to state-of-the-art technologies;
• Green Coverage Upgrade – delivering an additional five percent – up to $25,000 – above the covered amount of loss to help transition to proven environmentally friendly alternatives;
• Selling Price Valuation – expanded to include all property held for sale – whether or not it was manufactured by the client.
