National General Insurance is looking to hire over 20 new employees in Beaverton, OR to help with the upcoming Annual Enrollment Period for healthcare.
The Benefit Advisor/Sales Agent will primarily drive Medicare Sales through consultative selling on plan options in prospect areas. Additionally, Benefit Advisors will have opportunity with some IFP (Individual & Family plans) and Ancillary Product Sales through consultative selling on plan options in prospect areas.
National General is looking for candidates with a High School Diploma, GED or higher. They also would prefer candidated with 2+ years working in insurance and 2+ years of sales expereince with a proven track record. Candidates have excellent computer naviagtion, listening and communication skills.
The candidates can expect recieving 20 to 25 inbound calls per day, assisting clients with health insurance for Medicare; there is no cold calling involved with this position. This is a tempory position for 3-4 months but National General Insurance will be hiring 30% of the seasonal staff to full time positions.
